KLM (KL) was founded in 1919 and is the oldest airline in the world operating under its original name. The airline operates from the hub of Amsterdam Airport Schiphol (AMS) and is the flag carrier of the Netherlands. Subsidiaries include KLM Cityhopper (WA) and Transavia (HV). KLM flies to approximately 130 destinations in 69 countries/regions in Europe, Asia, Africa, North and South America.
